Here's our BOY!!!

Ok, so picture number one is of little baby boy sucking his thumb. He seemed to be napping during the ultrasound because he wasn't moving as much as last time. He was kicking his legs a little and wiggling, but he really moved around when I would start laughing.

The ultrasound technician said he had one hand at his mouth, and the other hand was holding onto the umbilical cord. We could see this much better on the monitor than in these pictures.

So far his body is about 3.5 inches long and his legs were about 3 inches long. His heart beat was 149 beats per minute and the technician said that everything measured perfectly. We do NOT have a name picked out yet. I think it will take a while to come up with the perfect name, and when we do we might not tell you anyway...but feel free to ask:o)

Picture number 3 might not look like anything to you yet, but I will explain...

Imagine the baby is sitting on the camera lens and his legs are out to the left side...

His feet are at the far left of the image and his butt cheeks are at the far right, and in the

middle is his....boy part:o)

Josh and I are both really excited about having a boy. I am more excited I think because I was convinced that it was going to be a boy and here was the evidence. Josh always said that he didn't care whether it was a boy or a girl as long as the baby is healthy. Once he found out it is a boy he let me know that that's what he REALLY wanted:o)

We have several more pictures proving that it's not a hand between his legs but they are a little harder to make out once they get scanned on the computer.

Out of the 38 people that guessed the sex of the baby 22 of them guessed correctly!!!

I'll put up a picture of my belly next time.
